Policies

Measurements

• We highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit first to ensure exact sizes
• Customers are responsible for correct nail measurements
• We accept the coin method for measurements
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if measurements are provided incorrectly

Payments

• Full payment is required before production
• Orders will not start until payment clears
• All sales are final

Processing Time

• Processing time is 5–10 business days for custom Qlaws
• Processing time does not include shipping time
• Rush orders may be available for an additional $25 fee

Shipping Policy

• Once Qlaws are shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays
• Tracking numbers will be provided
• Please ensure your shipping information is correct before ordering

No Refund / Exchange Policy 

• Due to the custom nature of products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges
• We are not responsible for incorrect nail sizes provided by customer

Design Changes

• Design changes must be requested before production begins
• Once production starts, no changes can be made
